Booking procedure
In order to book a room, please check its availability in the calendar (no PR nor R signs) then you fill up the mail form herebelow:
- Name, E-mail then in the Message area you state the number of persons, the room name, the date of arrival and the number of
nights.
- You tick the General Conditions of Sales and the Private Policy (Politique de confidentialité)
- Areas with * shall be completed
- then Send
- We validate your request by mail and register it as PR (pre booked) in the calendar
- On reception of our mail, you proceed with the full payment by bank transfer
- Then your booking is confirmed and registered as R (booked) in the calendar
